After initial contact has been made and we have had an opportunity to view the area of land on the Ordnance Survey Map to enable us to have a broader view of any potential, we shall arrange a no obligation introductory meeting with the land owner, to establish their opinions and take into consideration their views, while discussing in plain English how the process works.

Should the landowner decide to proceed, detailed appraisals of the planning prospects are carried out and a clear offer made in the form of an Option Agreement.

The Option Agreement gives us the confidence to make plans to achieve planning permission, undertaking the cost of using consultants from highways, town planners, arboriculturalists, architects, land engineers and do so at our own risk.

As soon as Planning has been achieved, the land will be purchased through exercising the Option and the money paid to the land owner prior to any commencement of work.
