The company was set up in July 2004 by 2 experienced individuals who have gained valuable experience in construction and property development over the last 20 years.

Here at Fairvalue Homes we have built good working relationships with sub-contractors of various trades, these would include material suppliers, plant hire companies & various finance companies.

Here at Fairvalue Homes we specialise in obtaining planning permission for builidng houses and flats in the South East, specialist refurbishment projects

We have a team of profesionals whom we work very closely with, and we can assist in obtaining finance with reputable banks like National Westminster & Clydesdale.

We have undertaken various projects ranging in size and are all ways looking for new and exciting projects. We also have various investors willing to undertake any joint ventures we may look to do.

We pride ourselves in our high Health & Safety record of no reportable incidents since we have been established. We aim to ensure all materials within our build are sourced from local suppliers and where possible use renewable energy.
